What does a person have to look forward to, when they take their first steps in Scientology? Let’s see, “not much”—a life full of clarity, clean existence, happy. There’s a lot to look forward to, taking your first steps. For me it was the introduction of finally being able to have some cause over your life. Because before I took my first steps, I was sort of just going in the direction that anyone would take me. And then, once I took my first steps, it made it clear that I actually had a choice in the matter, and that I can actually do what I wanted to do.
