I think Scientology is popular in the entertainment community because, you know, we’re out there. As an artist you put yourself out there, whatever you’re trying to communicate, and you’re open to an attack in some way. Either it’s, “You’re prettier in real life,” or “You’re ugly in real life.” People just feel it’s okay to attack you in some way because you’re on the big screen or you’re in their living rooms every day, you know. And so, you’re open to these kinds of attacks every single day. People want something from you every day. And after a while, you become almost apathetic. So it’s like, you’ve got to learn to have an outlet where you can be you and be safe to be you, and to be able to work on your problems that are hurting your life, in a safe environment. And Scientology is the only thing that I know of that offers that.
