The major win for me was in dealing with my headaches. I used to take painkillers daily to reduce pain, discomfort and stiff necks. I wake up each morning now feeling pretty darn good, I no longer have headaches throughout my day. I feel great, energized, alert, more observant, more self-confident. I no longer have to take naps throughout my day to accomplish the many things that I’m involved in. I could go on and on. I feel my reading comprehension is better. I still can’t spell but that’s ok. It’s wonderful.
